+ FOR THE LUMBERJACK BREAD: Make sure the bak­ing pa­per cov­ers the cor­ners of the pan or the top­ping will stick, mak­ing it hard to re­move the loaf from the pan. + FOR THE BANANA, CO­CONUT AND NUTELLA BREAD: If mak­ing this for the school lunchbox, omit the Nutella and re­place with ¹⁄³ cup choc chips and sprin­kle over the top at the be­gin­ning of step 3. + FOR THE STRAWBERRY, PEAR AND VANILLA BREAD: Don’t worry if some of the strawberry slices move and sink into the bat­ter dur­ing cook­ing.
