Thanks so much for another crowd-pleasing recipe, Super Food Ideas! I just served up the Spanakopita Pasta Bake (August 2017, p38) with the bean and tomato salad to my family for dinner. Our grandson picked his upcoming 4th birthday cake from the cover of the April 2017 issue of Super Food Ideas three months beforehand and would not be swayed to change his mind! His mum had to make a gluten and dairy-free version of the cake but it was still so delicious and the birthday boy was so impressed that his cake was just like the one he picked out!
