Top ba­nana!

I think I have found my all-time favourite ba­nana bread recipe. The Chai Ba­nana Bread with Sticky Honey and Hazel­nut Top­ping (July 2017, p88) is so good I don’t think it will make it to my hus­band’s staff room meet­ing to­mor­row! Thank you, SFI. Alexis Briffa, via In­sta­gram

Two for one

Thanks so much for an­other crowd-pleas­ing recipe, Su­per Food Ideas! I just served up the Spanako­pita Pasta Bake (Au­gust 2017, p38) with the bean and tomato salad to my fam­ily for din­ner. Cover boy

Our grand­son picked his up­com­ing 4th birth­day cake from the cover of the April 2017 is­sue of Su­per Food Ideas three months be­fore­hand and would not be swayed to change his mind! His mum had to make a gluten and dairy-free ver­sion of the cake but it was still so de­li­cious and the birth­day boy was so im­pressed that his cake was just like the one he picked out!
