Star Wars rebellion lights up big screen

Tablelands Advertiser - - THE GROOVE -

ONE of the biggest and most anticipated movies of the year starts this week at The Rising Sun Cinema in Mareeba at exactly the same time as the rest of Australia. Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is a big action adventure film in every way, as you would expect from the huge Star Wars franchise. Continuing for a second great week is the colourful family animation Trolls.

TROLLS

Meet the overly optimistic Trolls, with a constant song on their lips ... and the comically pessimistic Bergens, who are only happy when they have trolls in their stomach. After the grumpy Bergens kidnap some Trolls, hoping to find a taste of happiness, the perennially happy Troll Poppy (Anna Kendrick) and reclusive, surly Branch (Justin Timberlake) set out to rescue their friends.

ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS STORY

Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones), a Rebellion soldier and criminal, is about to experience her biggest challenge yet when Mon Mothma sets her out on a mission to steal the plans for the Death Star. With help from the Rebels, a master swordsman, and non-allied forces, Jyn will be in for something bigger than she thinks.

Felicity Jones stars as Jyn Erso in one of the biggest films of the year, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
