A Chilla­goe truck driver who sub­mit­ted to a ran­dom drug test found him­self charged and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing. On Au­gust 10, Noel Wal­ter Woods was pulled over by po­lice for a ran­dom breath test­ing and drug test­ing. After com­plet­ing the test, po­lice found metham­phetamine in his sys­tem and he was charged with one count of drug driv­ing. Mag­is­trate Tom Braes read his crim­i­nal and traf­fic his­tory and asked Woods if he was a drug ad­dict to which he replied no. Woods was fined $750 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for three months.
