Workshops promise to unlock profit potential
PRODUCERS will learn about making a profit from beef and sheep at two one-day workshops early next month.
The workshops will run from 8.30am-12.30pm with morning tea and barbecue lunch provided. The first is at Kempton on Monday, May 9 and then at Westbury the following day.
Advantage Feeders managing director Gerard Roney said presenters will give practical information and systems to increase profit per hectare.
“Key topics include ensuring the profit driving activities get complete, the benefits of creep feeding lambs and calves,” Mr Roney said.
He joins Basil Doonan from Macquarie Franklin and Lienert Australia national ruminant manager Deb Scammell as the presenters.
