Huge po­ten­tial by the Der­went

SET on the banks of the River Der­went, this prime par­cel of land is ideal for a num­ber of po­ten­tial uses.

The gen­tly un­du­lat­ing pas­ture land sits mostly on the west­ern side of the Lyell Hwy and fea­tures 1.4km of river frontage and views of sur­round­ings hills and moun­tains.

The farm­land is cur­rently used for light sheep graz­ing and lucerne pro­duc­tion. With a wa­ter li­cence of 100ML it has great po­ten­tial for cat­tle or more in­ten­sive crop­ping.
