Focus on future of our food
AN event in Hobart later this month will look at at where Tasmania’s food and agriculture sectors are at and where are they heading.
The event, organised by the Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture, celebrates the first national Agriculture Day on November 21.
Leading experts from across the University of Tasmania will weigh in on the future of the state’s food sector, provoked by the audience.
The event runs from 5pm and includes drinks and refreshments as well as opportunities for networking.
The forum will be held at the Centenary Lecture Theatre at the university’s Sandy Bay campus, off Grosvenor St.
