HIGH-pressure washers have changed and savvy customers want water blasters that get the job done safely and fast.

Brierley Hose and Handling has trained staff who can size the right machine for any cleaning chore.

“Busy farmers and contractors want effective, quality blasters to wash down their equipment fast,” said Brierley’s general manager Bruce Pears.

“It’s essential to get the right size machine for the job and then to accessorise it to maximise cleaning efficiency. Believe me, no-one wants to clean for five hours when it need only take two hours with the right gear,” he said.

Mr Pears said the Aussie Scud 400 was a heavy-duty blaster that enabled operators to clean faster, smarter and safer. When used with an Aussie Turbomaster turbo lance cleaning times could be cut by 50 per cent.

Other safety-enhancing accessories include telescopic wands that enable cleaning of 6m high awnings, windows or ledges from ground level.

Fitting a hose reel directly to the Scud 400 reduces hose wear and lessens the risk of tripping. Using extra length hose adds convenience in any large job – from truck washing to cleaning a cruise liner.

“For serious farmers with serious jobs, a serious professional machine is worth the investment,” Mr Pears said.
