Ru­ral Busi­ness Tas­ma­nia will host a fundrais­ing event for the Ru­ral Re­lief Fund this evening. The evening will be a chance to min­gle with politi­cians, stake­hold­ers and sup­port­ers of the ru­ral community at one of Tas­ma­nia’s great ru­ral homes. De­tails: 6334 2768. OPEN GAR­DEN: The gar­dens at Kay­dale Lodge in Ni­etta will be open to­mor­row and Sunday, show­cas­ing the au­tumn colours of more than 150 ma­ture maples and other de­cid­u­ous trees and thou­sands of cy­cla­mens. MO­TOR SHOW: The Launce­s­ton Mo­tor Show will be held on Sunday at In­veresk from 9.30am. The day will feature mod­ern and re­stored mod­els of all ages, in­clud­ing a 60-year-old fully re­stored truck and cen­tury-old re­stored Fords. Cost: $10, un­der-16s free. ON THE MAP: DPIPWE is run­ning LISTmap train­ing at Ha­gley Farm School. LISTmap is an on­line ap­pli­ca­tion that al­lows peo­ple to view, cre­ate and share cus­tomised maps. Stan­dard ses­sions are on April 18 from 9am to noon and from 2pm to 5pm and on April 20 from 9am to noon with shorter ses­sions on April 19 from 11.15am and from 1.15pm.
