For the per­fect Mother’s Day break­fast, re­move crusts from 8 slices of white bread. Flat­ten slices with a rolling pin. Spread each slice with 2 tsp Philadel­phia Spread­able Cream Cheese and top with 2 tsp straw­berry jam. Roll up to en­close. Whisk 1 egg and 2 tbs milk in a bowl. Spread 12⁄ cup cin­na­mon sugar on a plate. Dip rolls in egg mix­ture. Melt 1 tbs but­ter and 2 tsp grape­seed oil in a fry­ing pan over medium heat. Cook half the rolls, turn­ing, for 4 min­utes or un­til golden. Toss to coat in cin­na­mon sugar. Re­peat with re­main­ing rolls, an­other 1 tbs but­ter, 2 tsp grape­seed oil and re­main­ing cin­na­mon sugar.
