fter 11 years in food mags I’ve seen trends come and go, but noth­ing has thrilled me more than see­ing plants be­come the rock stars of the food world. Ve­g­ies have never been quite as sexy as they are right now, so we’re con­stantly on the look­out for new ways to use them. Our best friend? The spi­raliser! Re­cently, we took on a mis­sion to find the best spi­raliser on the mar­ket. We wanted long noo­dle-like strands at the turn of a han­dle (no more sore wrists!), a smart de­sign that let us spi­ralise al­most ev­ery­thing, and it had to be easy to clean.
