It turns out the slo­gan a “happy lit­tle Vegemite” is more fact than fic­tion. New re­search from Vic­to­ria Univer­sity has found that peo­ple who eat Vegemite or other yeast-based spreads, which are known for their vi­ta­min B con­tent, are less anx­ious and stressed than those who don’t. In fact, the higher the B12 con­tent was, the lower the re­ports of stress and anx­i­ety were. So, swap the stress ball for Vegemite with an or­ange lid, which is B12 for­ti­fied, or Mar­mite.
