250g cream cheese, at room tem­per­a­ture 3 tsp honey Blue, or­ange and pink food colour­ings 4 slices bread, toasted Sil­ver ca­c­hous, rain­bow ca­c­hous, hun­dreds and thou­sands, pop­ping candy and ed­i­ble glit­ter, to dec­o­rate

1 Di­vide the cream cheese among 3 small bowls. Add 1 tsp honey to each por­tion and stir un­til com­bined. Tint each bowl with a dif­fer­ent food colour­ing, adding 1-2 drops at a time. Gen­tly stir to cre­ate a swirled ef­fect. 2 Spoon heaped tea­spoon­fuls of pink cream cheese onto each slice of toast. Use a pal­ette knife to spread over one-third of the toast. Add the re­main­ing cream cheese mix­tures and spread over toast. Dec­o­rate with sil­ver and rain­bow ca­c­hous, hun­dreds and thou­sands, pop­ping candy and ed­i­ble glit­ter. Serve im­me­di­ately.
