After-dinner mint filo fingers

1 Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut filo sheets in half crossways. 2 Place 1 piece of Aero Peppermint at the end of a piece of filo. Brush the filo with a little melted butter. Fold in the sides and then roll up to enclose the Aero bar. Place on another piece of filo and repeat to enclose in a second piece of filo. Place, seam side down, on the prepared tray. Repeat with the remaining pieces of filo and Aero bar to make 8 filo fingers. 3 Brush the filo fingers with melted butter. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Set aside to cool slightly. Serve drizzled with melted chocolate and sprinkled with chopped bb’s and Peppermint Crisp.
