1 Pre­heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Line a bak­ing tray with bak­ing pa­per. Cut filo sheets in half cross­ways. 2 Place 1 piece of Aero Pep­per­mint at the end of a piece of filo. Brush the filo with a lit­tle melted but­ter. Fold in the sides and then roll up to en­close the Aero bar. Place on an­other piece of filo and re­peat to en­close in a sec­ond piece of filo. Place, seam side down, on the pre­pared tray. Re­peat with the re­main­ing pieces of filo and Aero bar to make 8 filo fin­gers. 3 Brush the filo fin­gers with melted but­ter. Bake for 15-20 min­utes or un­til golden. Set aside to cool slightly. Serve driz­zled with melted choco­late and sprin­kled with chopped bb’s and Pep­per­mint Crisp.
