Luna de Fresa trans­lates as ‘straw­berry moon’, which is apt given that the moon in­flu­ences Gemtree’s har­vest time. Bright salmon pink in colour, this is a light and dry rosé with flavours of straw­berry and a slightly savoury, creamy fin­ish.
