As easy as slice and bake, these are a great snack or cheeseboard addition.
1 Preheat the oven to 120°C/100°C fan forced. Use a sharp knife to thinly slice the pears lengthways.
2 Place the pear slices in a single layer on lined baking trays. Bake for 11 ⁄ 2 hours, until lightly browned.
3 Turn pear and cook for a further hour or until crisp. Cool, then store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
