In fact, this app claims it takes over 60 days for changes to be­come per­ma­nent. Habit­bull al­lows you to track and mon­i­tor al­most any task, whether it’s re­lated to health and fit­ness or a lit­tle bit of spring clean­ing. Habits can be tracked ei­ther by re­spond­ing yes/no (Did I go to the gym?) or us­ing num­bers (How many min­utes did I med­i­tate for?). You can also cus­tomise tasks to be com­pleted on cer­tain days or num­ber of times each week. The app pro­vides a per­cent­age score for days you’re suc­cess­ful, as well as presents progress in chart-form.
