With days marked as ei­ther green or red, you can quickly see how you’re go­ing for the week. Notes can be added to ex­plain why you didn’t at­tend the gym to­day (or any other day of that week). This app’s real strength comes in its long-term track­ing abil­i­ties. As you con­tinue to add data, graphs and charts show your progress for up to two years in the past — help­ing to recog­nise mean­ing­ful trends around your per­for­mance. While the free ver­sion al­lows mon­i­tor­ing of up to three tasks, a one-time fee gives you un­lim­ited goals, cloud backup and the op­tion to set mul­ti­ple re­minders.
