HOW MUCH MORE LIKELY GOOGLE ASSISTANT IS TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OVER AMAZON’S ALEXA

TechLife Australia - - HOTSPOT -

New York-based digital agency 360i has compared the success rate of human exchanges with the AI smart speakers from Google and Amazon (that’s the Google Assistant-powered Home and Alexa-powered Echo, respectively). Using custom software to ask 3,000 questions of each AI, the agency found that Google Assistant was six times more likely to answer the questions and queries of the user than Alexa. Although Amazon’s offering seemed to excel in topics related to the retail sector (funny that), Google’s overall searching capabilities really outshone its competitors.
