COMPUTER games are not just for children, with experts revealing they can be a useful tool to train workers in a variety of professions.

Games can be developed specifically for industries or companies to use in virtual simulation situations for staff to give them opportunities to practise or broaden their experience.

But many games commonly played by children and adults alike for recreation also can serve a training purpose, such as building teamwork.
