MATURE-AGE workers who feel they may have been left behind in terms of technology needn’t look far to find help and support to pick up new skills.

Staff who lack computer literacy or find it difficult to keep up with the latest technological trends are advised to speak to and learn from their children or younger family members.

Younger generations can be a more learned and accessible source of information than enrolling in a short computer course.
