Course of action to care for kids

The Advertiser - Careers - - Childcare Careers -

THE training which childcare workers undertake can be life-altering, not only for themselves but the children placed in their care.

As more childcare colleges open, it is time to look at what is offered by colleges which deliver training in Children’s Services. Students should look for: A NATIONALLY accredited institution with courses approved in all states; STUDY options which are convenient to students; A COLLEGE respected by industry and with direct links to the workforce; TRAINERS with appropriate qualifications and experience; STAFF who can provide on-site support; A COLLEGE which is part of the Australian Council for Private Education and Training, to protect course fees if the college closes; FEE payment plans which suit individual needs; and courses which are Austudy approved. AUSTRALIAN Childcare Career Options (ACCCO) has been delivering training to students across Australia for 15 years.

It is recognised for Excellence in Tuition and Training, having received many awards, including the CareerOne Award in Excellence in Tuition and Training for two consecutive years.

An Enhance Training and Recruitment graduate at work as a child carer.
