CHIEF ex­ec­u­tives and other se­nior staff must make the time to meet staff face to face – in­stead of stay­ing in their of­fices.

Or­gan­i­sa­tional psy­chol­o­gist Dr Peter Lang­ford says not only will it im­prove staff morale and com­pany cul­ture, it also will pave the way for on­go­ing change.

The equa­tion is sim­ple: in­creased per­sonal con­tact equals more trust in lead­ers.
