IF you are certain that particular individuals have made comments about you that constitute discrimination or harassment, then you are entitled to use the mechanisms in place in your organisation to deal with such behaviour. Generally the process for this will be formally reporting the incident or incidents to a member of the HR team. Also consider whether there is an alternative method of resolving the issue. Think about whether you feel able to have a conversation with the person spreading the gossip and letting them know you are unhappy with what they have been saying.
