HE provided plenty of assists to his team-mate on the court and now former Adelaide 36er Brad Davidson is dishing out some off-court assistance to legendary South Australian basketballer Brett Maher.

Maher has enlisted the servi ces of Davidson t o s el l 1300sq m of land he recently bought and subdivided on Broadway at South Brighton.

Davidson spent the 2007-08 and 2008-09 seasons with the 36ers and is now working as a real estate agent with Brock Harcourts.

He says he is enjoying working in the industry and the selling of Maher’s land is going well.

‘‘He (Maher) has divided it up into three blocks,’’ Davidson says.

‘‘We have sold the first two. We are just trying to sell the last one at the moment.

‘‘He is such a good guy and really nice to deal with.’’

Understandably so, their friendship wasn’t as strong when Davidson was suiting up for rival NBL teams before he joined the 36ers. ‘‘He didn’t like me as much before I came to Adelaide,’’ Davidson says.

‘‘But we got along really well when we played together.’’

The third block is on the market for $280,000. The founders of successful magazine

Kayleen and Steve Harris, are slipping out of one luxury home and into another.

The Harris’s dream home at Balhannah has been constructed so they have put their delightful Kensington Rd, Erindale, property on the market.

It has been listed for a cool $3.2-$3.4 million and boasts five generous bedrooms, a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen facilities and secure parking for eight cars on sweeping grounds of 3106sq m.

The Harris family says that although their two-year stay at the property was always a temporary measure, they enjoyed their time there.

‘‘The home works well with teenagers because there are so many different areas of the house’’, Mr Harris says.

‘‘If the kids have friends over they can be at the other end of the house and we won’t even know they’re there.

‘‘We love the size of the rooms and the block and the fact the house is set back from the road.’’

The property is listed with Toop & Toop through Kay Morris and Charles Clemente.

Kayleen and Steve Harris’s Erindale home is for sale.
