Fu­ture de­vel­op­ment Due to the char­ac­ter na­ture of the area, the de­vel­op­ment plan spec­i­fies that ‘‘op­por­tu­ni­ties to in­crease the den­sity of hous­ing will be limited to the re­place­ment of non-con­trib­u­tory build­ings’’.
