A child leads the way
A SEVEN-year-old girl has honoured Aveley boy Kai Nell by taking part in the World’s Greatest Shave in memory of the threeyear-old.
Forrestfield’s Bailey Sycamore shaved her hair last Saturday raising $600 for the Leukaemia Foundation.
She said she wanted to take part in the shave after following Kai and his battle with the disease on social media.
She said she was devastated after his death in January and wanted to do something to help other children going through the same thing.
“I want to help other kids like Kai beat cancer,” she said.
She said she was proud of what she had achieved and was planning to take part in the shave again next year.
Bailey Sycamore (7) shaved her hair and raised $600 for the Leukaemia Foundation.
