Premier gets latest on roadworks progress

The Advocate (Perth) - - LET'S EAT -

PREMIER Mark McGowan visited Brabham last week to see the progress on the New Lord Street.

Transport Minister Rita Saffioti and Swan Hills MP Jessica Shaw were also on site to meet the project team and inspect preparatory works which were currently being undertaken.

The road, which is due to be complete by October 2018, will help relieve congestion for West Swan residents with the dual carriageway being built between Reid Highway and Gnangara Road.

Ms Saffioti said: “I look forward to the timely completion of these early works and the transition to full construction of the road in the new year”.
