ALL Valve In­dus­tries is a spe­cial­ist sup­plier of emer­gency shower equip­ment, in­dus­trial and wa­ter­works valves, wa­ter me­ter­ing so­lu­tions and mon­i­tor­ing sys­tems.

The tech­ni­cal de­vel­op­ment and sup­port to meet the chal­lenges of its clients in­dus­try is un­ri­valled as is its knowl­edge, with its team hav­ing also played a lead­ing role in cre­at­ing the Aus­tralian Stan­dard AS4775 and di­rect in­put into the Euro­pean Stan­dard EN15154 (Part 1 and 2), and the Amer­i­can Na­tional Stan­dard ANSI Z 358.1 -2014.

Ev­ery mine site is sub­ject to a unique com­bi­na­tion of op­er­at­ing de­mands and cli­mate con­di­tions.

Th­ese site - spe­cific con­di­tions trans­late to dis­tinct sys­tem re­quire­ments for each site.

Haws In­te­grated ap­plies a unique com­bi­na­tion of en­gi­neer­ing ex­per­tise (hy­draulic, power, ther­mal and in­stru­men­ta­tion), project man­age­ment and safety re­sponse knowl­edge to op­ti­mise the sys­tem at­tributes and op­er­a­tional func­tion­al­ity through­out the en­tire as­set lifecy­cle.

With a broad range of haz­ardous chem­i­cals and chem­i­cal by prod­ucts rang­ing from potas­sium cyanide (KCN) to dimethylmer­cury (C2H6Hg) present at many min­ing sites, pro­vid­ing ef­fec­tive safety and drench sys­tems is ab­so­lutely es­sen­tial.

The Haws Model 8770.25 (1721) self-con­tained grav­ity fed tank shower has been pur­pose built for the min­ing sec­tor and has been engi­neered to main­tain its struc­tural in­tegrity and func­tion­al­ity in ac­cor­dance with AS4775 – 2007; wind load rated - AS1170.2.2011 to 88m/s cy­clonic wind speed, re­gion D, im­por­tance level 4; and seis­mic de­signed to AS1170.4 – 2007: Cat­e­gory D.

Con­structed of paint pro­tected (RAL 6029) gal­vanised steel and bright yel­low chem­i­cally re­sis­tant elas­tomeric wa­ter­proof side pan­els, this unit con­tains a 1628L over­head stor­age tank with in­te­grated tem­per­a­ture gauge.

AXION MSR eye/face wash and hy­dro­dy­namic show­er­head tech­nol­ogy de­liv­ers 15 min­utes of flush­ing time in ac­cor­dance with AS4775 and ANSI Z358.1.

Ad­di­tional stan­dard fit­tings in­te­grated into Model 8770.25 (1721) in­clude su­pe­rior re­sponse tech­nol­ogy, mar­i­otte syphon valve for con­stant flow rate de­liv­ery, pull han­dle or push bar shower op­er­a­tion, walk on foot grate and much more.
