Moved to Col­liers Jar­dine, with stints in Sin­ga­pore and Aus­tralia. Based in Hong Kong since ap­point­ment as CBRE’s chair­man and chief ex­ec­u­tive in Fe­bru­ary 2002. Holds diploma in land econ­omy from Real Es­tate In­sti­tute of NSW. Fel­low of Royal In­sti­tute of Char­tered Sur­vey­ors in Bri­tain and the Aus­tralian Prop­erty In­sti­tute. Acts as an auc­tion­eer for Op­er­a­tion Smile Viet­nam fundrais­ers. Mar­ried to sec­ond wife, Ju­lianne, with five adult chil­dren be­tween them. Di­vides time be­tween Hong Kong, Sydney and a farm at Glouces­ter, NSW.
