A clas­sic Moss Wood caber­net in its re­served, un­der­stated style show­ing ripe mul­berry and blackcurrant fruits sup­ported by gravel and cedar com­plex­ity and com­pli­mented by well in­te­grated new oak. The palate is savoury and well struc­tured, sup­ported by ex­cel­lent acid­ity with lovely bal­ance of sweet fruit and tan­nins.

MOSS WOOD CHARDON­NAY 2016

A very pure and el­e­gant chardon­nay show­ing nec­tarine, cit­rus and oat­meal fruits sup­ported by savoury bar­rel fer­ment and vanillin oak. Dry, compact and con­cen­trated with well bal­anced acid­ity, it is youth­ful, bright and still a lit­tle closed, although ex­cel­lent bal­ance and length sug­gest good age­ing po­ten­tial.

MOSS WOOD RIB­BON VALE MER­LOT 2015

This is a ripe and gen­er­ous mer­lot ex­pres­sion show­cas­ing black­berry and cedar fruits sup­ported by cof­fee-scented oak. Dry, mid-weight and quite juicy, it is sur­pris­ing pow­er­ful, tan­nic and mus­cu­lar on the palate for a mer­lot and fin­ishes with great length.
