Place 1 tablespoon whole black peppercorn­s and 1 teaspoon each onion flakes and sea salt flakes in a mortar and pestle; finely grind. Transfer to a medium bowl; stir in 2 tablespoon­s sumac, 1 tablespoon dried oregano and 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Serve cooked drumsticks sprinkled with fresh oregano leaves.
