COCONUT & LEMON GRASS RUM COCKTAILS
PREP TIME 10 MINUTES SERVES 6 (MAKES 1.5 LITRES/6 CUPS)
Stir 1.25 litres (5 cups) coconut water, 2/3 cup caster sugar and 1 cup white rum in a large jug until sugar dissolves. Squeeze the juice from 2 quartered limes into jug, then add the limes. Add 3 trimmed lemon grass stalks, halved lengthways; stir, then top with
4 cups crushed ice.
