HAM, CHEESE & TOMATO CHUTNEY WRAPS
PREP TIME 15 MINUTES MAKES 12
8 mountain bread squares
½ cup (160g) tomato chutney
50g baby spinach leaves
2 cups (250g) coarsely grated
300g shaved leg ham white kitchen string, strips of baking
paper and ribbon, to decorate 1 Place two bread slices together, spread with rounded tablespoons of chutney. Top each with spinach, cheese and ham; roll to enclose.
2 Cut rolls into thirds crossways. Use string to tie baking paper and ribbon around wraps.
