TUNA, SOUR CREAM & CHIVE DIP

PREP TIME 15 MINUTES SERVES 8

125g packet cream cheese, softened

185g can tuna in olive oil, drained

1 tablespoon horseradis­h cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

¼ cup (60g) sour cream pinch of caster sugar

2 tablespoon­s finely chopped fresh chives, plus extra, to serve

½ teaspoon finely grated lemon rind grissini (bread sticks), to serve

1 Blend or process cream cheese, tuna, horseradis­h, juice, sour cream and sugar until smooth. Stir in the chives and rind.

2 Sprinkle dip with extra chives; serve with grissini.
