Roses for a princess

The Australian Women's Weekly - - Your Letters -

I will never forget the time I was 10 and Diana, Princess of Wales, and Prince Charles visited Shepparton, Victoria, in 1985. A friend and I took the day off school and picked roses from our garden. We waited in the sun for hours and my friend presented the flowers while I took photos (right). I was awestruck in her presence and captivated with her porcelain skin. L. Boniello, Bulleen, Vic.
