Man to front court over DUI

A MISSION Beach man is accused of driving while almost four times the limit after being stopped at a random breath test site.

It will be alleged the 39year-old man, who had been driving on the Tully Mission Beach Rd, returned a reading of 0.196. His licence was immediately suspended.

The man will appear in the Tully Magistrates Court on February 15 charged with driving under the influence of liquor.
