Be involved, be active

THE biggest sporting and active recreations sign-on event in Cairns is being held on Saturday, February 16.

Cairns’ Biggest Sign-on Day is a free event for young people and their families to connect with sporting and active recreation associations and their clubs. The event is organised by the Cairns Convention Centre and supported by the Queensland Government – Sport and Recreation.

Last year’s event was a big success, with more than 2000 visitors attending. It aims to support healthy lifestyles by showcasing Cairns’ wide array of sporting clubs to kids and their parents at a one-stop information shop. This free, fun, family day will include prizes to be won, an active zone and the opportunity to meet some sporting heroes.
