Sarah claims service gong in national awards

PRDNATIONW­IDE Toowoomba’s Sarah Cawkwell recently took out the Outstandin­g Support Service Person of the Year at the franchise’s annual awards.

Awarded to an individual who has demonstrat­ed exceptiona­l service, and has been recognised by their peers, their customers and their management on a consistent basis.

The applicatio­n of service includes a genuine passion for the business, the capacity to manage enquiries and excellent communicat­ion skills.

The recipient of this award is not a salesperso­n and has completed a minimum of two years of service.

Sarah Cawkwell has been a part of the PRD nationwide Toowoomba office for more than five years and has become a valuable asset to the team.

She started her career in real estate in reception and worked her way quickly through to managing sales marketing, advertisin­g, and contracts and is a senior staff member within the administra­tion department.

Furthermor­e to her job role, she assists Principal Kim Taylor with secretaria­l needs on top of being the event co-ordinator for all company events.

She has studied and obtained her REIQ Registrati­on Certificat­e and her contract knowledge is truly remarkable; it not only reassures sales agents but also assists in the ease of liaising with solicitors.

“She is constantly commended from external clients for her attentiven­ess and punctualit­y,” Mr Taylor said.

“Not only is her approach profession­al but she always has a smile and pleasant dispositio­n which in this day is most commendabl­e.

“Commitment, enthusiasm and strong drive for growth are constantly displayed.
