Sarah claims service gong in national awards
PRDNATIONWIDE Toowoomba’s Sarah Cawkwell recently took out the Outstanding Support Service Person of the Year at the franchise’s annual awards.
Awarded to an individual who has demonstrated exceptional service, and has been recognised by their peers, their customers and their management on a consistent basis.
The application of service includes a genuine passion for the business, the capacity to manage enquiries and excellent communication skills.
The recipient of this award is not a salesperson and has completed a minimum of two years of service.
Sarah Cawkwell has been a part of the PRD nationwide Toowoomba office for more than five years and has become a valuable asset to the team.
She started her career in real estate in reception and worked her way quickly through to managing sales marketing, advertising, and contracts and is a senior staff member within the administration department.
Furthermore to her job role, she assists Principal Kim Taylor with secretarial needs on top of being the event co-ordinator for all company events.
She has studied and obtained her REIQ Registration Certificate and her contract knowledge is truly remarkable; it not only reassures sales agents but also assists in the ease of liaising with solicitors.
“She is constantly commended from external clients for her attentiveness and punctuality,” Mr Taylor said.
“Not only is her approach professional but she always has a smile and pleasant disposition which in this day is most commendable.
“Commitment, enthusiasm and strong drive for growth are constantly displayed.
