THE Colliers International and Harvey Norman First Home Owners VIP Sales Night is a Toowoomba real estate first with a team of local businesses coming together inside Harvey Norman Toowoomba electrical and computer store to provide a one-stop shop for inspiring First Home Owners before the $20,000 state government grant ends on June 30.

Brad Lipp, The Land Man, said it was not a seminar or an information session, but a stress-free way to speak to everyone a first home owner would need.

The VIP night will be held on Thursday, May 4 from 6pm to 8pm at Harvey Norman Toowoomba electrical and computer store in Ruthven St.

“You can talk directly with quality home builders and renovators, lenders and solicitors as well as land experts Brad and Luca Greenleaf, experienced residential unit agent Ashley North and Harvey Norman sales experts and suppliers about all your home appliances and needs,” Mr Lipp said.

“Gabi from HitFM will be the MC on the evening and walk talk about her experience of buying her first home.

“We’ll have all the information a first home buyer will need when purchasing a property.”

There will be $5000 worth of Harvey Norman bonuses with selected land purchases plus $5000 in Harvey Norman give aways on the night.

A qualified chef performing live cooking demonstrations throughout the evening with free food and drinks available.

Harvey Norman Toowoomba electrical, computers, bedding, furniture and flooring all massively reduced for the VIP sale evening.
