A WOMAN reported missing from Brisbane may be in the Western Downs town of Tara, police believe.

Emily Chapman, 18, (pictured) was last seen in Geebung, to Brisbane’s north, about 9am on Sunday. Text messages were received from her phone on Sunday indicating she was in the Tara area and possibly with an unknown man. Concerns are held for her safety and well-being as she was not answering her mobile phone or responding to text messages, and her disappearance was out of character, police said. Ms Chapman was last seen wearing light blue jeans, a black and white baseball shirt from A Day to Remember, and black ballet flat shoes. Ms Chapman is Caucasian, about 177cm tall with a solid build, long reddish hair, blue eyes and glasses. Phone Policelink on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
