Currie inquiry delayed
RACING: The reconvened Queensland Racing Integrity Commision (QRIC) inquiry into 28 charges issued against leading Toowoomba trainer Ben Currie (pictured) has been delayed.
The inquiry was due to be reopened on Monday.
But it will now resume at a date to be fixed after the QRIC responded to a request by Currie’s legal representatives to provide further materials.
Currie was issued with the 31 charges in May with three of the charges later dropped.
