Cemetery historical walk
Cobram Cemetery Trust will host a historical walk at the Cobram Public Cemetery in early November, with a theme of ‘Italian Influence’. If you would like to include your family, the trust will need a short story of your loved one’s life including information about birthdate, when they came to Australia, occupations, where they lived and about their families. Gift box workshop
On Wednesday, September 13 learn how to make gift boxes and gift bags from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm at Cobram Library. All equipment and paper will be supplied. Everyone is welcome.
Little Gumnuts Playgroup
Cobram Uniting Church Little Gumnuts Playgroup and Coffee Morning is held every second Thursday from 10 am to 11.30 am. Bring along your pre-schoolers for a social morning of fun and activities as well as a friendly chat and cuppa for adults. Uniting Church concert
Cobram Uniting Church will hold a concert at Irvin Hall, Hay Ave, Cobram at 2 pm on Sunday, September 17. Entry is $10 and everyone is welcome. The concert will feature local and visiting artists and includes afternoon tea.

Little Aths needs helpers
Barooga Little Athletics needs volunteers. If you are keen or have been an athlete in the past, the club would love to see you at the Barooga oval for the upcoming athletics season. It will be on Mondays at 4.45 pm from October 9. There will be two come-and-try nights, on Monday, September 11 and 18. Share your expertise with children aged five to 16. Neighbourhood Watch AGM

Badminton is back
Wednesday badminton has resumed at the Uniting Church Hall in Cobram from 9.30 am to noon. All welcome.
The Cobram Quilters meet at Cobram Community House on the second Friday of every month from 9.30 am to 4 pm for social sewing. All welcome to join in for the whole day or part of it. Anyone new to patchwork can ask for help, and current members will be glad to share their experience. The club also meets on the fourth Sunday of every month at Yarroweyah Hall.
