The Corporate Social Bowls competition sponsored by Cobram Mitre 10 will begin on Tuesday, October 24 and will be played over eight weeks.

Trade day this week was at Numurkah Golf where again a full field was in attendance to battle it out in this popular event.
Not all details are available due to a technical hitch however Geoff Mitchell, Vin Toohey and Gordon Bennet were the winners with four wins and 66 points and Peter Buller, Frank Dunkley and partner came runners-up, also with four wins but with 64 points.
Best first game went to Frank Amear and team and best third game to Phil Perkins, Ray Wright and John Sullivan 12 shots up.

Keith’s Friday event had 20 bowlers playing for the elusive jackpot worth $66 the past week.
Winners were Ken Anderson and Allan Denson with a +8 score closely followed by John Canning and Ray Wright with +7.
