Tasty day out

The Cobram Courier - - NEWS -

The exciting Tocumwal Farmers and Artisans Market is set to attract a large crowd when it returns on Saturday.

As usual the popular market will offer an array of fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, mostly direct from the growers.

There will also be a range of artisan stalls and plenty of places to catch up with friends for coffee and a bite to eat.

And anyone who brings two friends from out of town will score themselves a free market breakfast.

Co-ordinator Kerry Davies said the market was always popular and served as a great location for a relaxing day out.

‘‘It’s always a lovely day. Lots of people, plenty of stalls and quality products,’’ Ms Davies said.

‘‘I would encourage everyone to come along for a great day out and see what our region has to offer.’’

It’s all happening at the Tocumwal Foreshore from 8 am to noon.

Keep it fresh: There will be plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables available at the Tocumwal Farmers and Artisans Market on Saturday.
