Committee formed

The Cobram Courier - - NEWS -

Thank you to those who attended our kick-off meeting regarding the former site of the Apex Caravan Park.

It was good to get some input from other service clubs and individuals to allow us to move forward with the site.

As you are aware, due to a concerted community effort the council has decided to retain the site for community use.

Apex wishes to drive the future development of the site, however it is seeking input from others in the community to ensure that any future projects address the needs of the community and have the resources behind them to be successful.

As such, we wish to invite the other service clubs to nominate a member to join a steering committee to identify and deliver projects on the site.

Interested individuals are welcome to join the committee, however we wish to limit the committee to a smaller group to liaise with the community.

We intend to hold another meeting on Monday, October 8, at the Apex House and would appreciate if you could nominate an individual who wishes to be part of the committee and help preserve and develop the site for the community.

Please respond with the contact details of nominated steering committee member so that we can ensure that all communication is sent to them.
