TO COUN­CIL for the dread­ful new bulky goods pol­icy from next year. No more com­mu­nity shar­ing of trash and trea­sure and even worse, the coun­cil has the cheek to ask those who are un­able to ac­cess the Eng­lands Rd tip for money to get rid of bulky rub­bish. What about the pen­sion­ers. – Sharon Jar­man
