Get co-workers involved by finding out ac-tivities they like and what motivates them. A daily “huddle” is an informal way to share what’s on and nominating a “star of the week”, who answers a set of getting-to-know-you questions, are good examples. Activities should be appropriate and not make others feel self conscious or that it’s a forced event.
