JOSH Not­tle may have ev­ery young per­son’s dream job as lead­ing barista at Krispy Kreme.

Not­tle, 23, was out of work when he com­pleted a pre­em­ploy­ment pro­gram through MEGT and Re­newal SA to get the ba­sic skills he needed to work in the retail hos­pi­tal­ity in­dus­try.

“It was a great ex­pe­ri­ence and gave me the one shot I needed to en­ter the work­force again,” he says.

“Work­ing with Krispy Kreme has shown me that they re­ward hard work and heart with an amaz­ing work en­vi­ron­ment and op­tions to progress in the busi­ness.”
