Name: David Kin­der Po­si­tion: Brand man­ager and in­no­va­tion builder, Nes­tle Aus­tralia What we look for: When hir­ing I am first and fore­most look­ing for peo­ple who have the right at­ti­tude, will work hard and have a ba­sic skill set down that they work to im­prove con­stantly.

They also have to be pas­sion­ate – it’s one thing to have the skills, it’s an­other com­pletely when some­one is pas­sion­ate about the work they do.

I find the qual­ity of out­put and the at­ten­tion to de­tail goes from good to amaz­ing.

The most im­por­tant skills are a will­ing­ness to work hard, be­ing a good team player, think­ing on their feet and ready for any­thing.

I am also keen to see a pas­sion to con­tin­u­ally learn and im­prove.
