They also have to be pas­sion­ate – it’s one thing to have the skills, it’s an­other com­pletely when some­one is pas­sion­ate about the work they do.

I find the qual­ity of out­put and the at­ten­tion to de­tail goes from good to amaz­ing.

The most im­por­tant skills are a will­ing­ness to work hard, be­ing a good team player, think­ing on their feet and ready for any­thing.

I am also keen to see a pas­sion to con­tin­u­ally learn and im­prove.
